Some sites suggest freezing or heating Your Rosebud. We say BE CAREFUL doing this!
Stainless steel conducts and maintains temperature very well. Even running your Rosebud under medium-hot water can make it uncomortably HOT inside.
The tissues we are dealing with don't adjust as fast as external tissues, so avoid excessive heat or cold, at least until you get used to the new sensations of wearing it.
If you must do temperature play, think in terms of "warm" and "cool", not hot and cold.
